I have been kinda restless today. I have no idea what is the reason. Maybe I just wanna get away from studying. Today has been quite productive (yesteday was totally un productive Grrr). I did a few questions for my stats, did a paper for Chinese and now, I've completed 3 chapters for my Real Estate modules wOhooOO...So what's next? More study and revision I guess and maybe a little break here and there.
I watched Kate and Leopold just now. Leopold played by Hugh Jackman is the guy of my dream. He is tall, good looking, unbelievably a gentleman and most importantly he is a total romantic. Chauvinistic in a way but well..I don't mind a slightly chauvinistic guy as long as he can protect me. This kind of guy only exists in movie - in reel world. Too bad, good men are near extinction. Soon they'll be just fossils, nice to be scrutinized and studied. Where are the genes for men like leopold go to?According to statistic, genes cannot be eliminated. They can only be decreased in terms of frequency. Haizz..but still....whatever.
Guys are becoming vainer (is there such word?) and vainer. I appreciate and admire guys who cares about their appearance. Using facial wash and perfume and shopping for clothes is okay. But when a guy starts talking about how much fats he has, how he will rather choose to die if he has a tummy or pot belly or checking himself out at the mirror 24/7 or talking about how good looking he himself is..it is TOO MUCH. When they turn into shallow, appearance and self loving organisms, they just eyuhh... So far, I haven't meet a guy who decided to go to slimming centres to slim down. Phew...
Guys who can pull off a look effortlessly are decreasing in number and I totally admire such guys. People can see whether one is stylish or not. There is no need to brag about it ALL THE TIME. Tay ping hui is my type of guy and of course leopold. HAhh...
Something I find rather funny is these guys (vain ones) although can compete with girls in terms of vainest, they simply can't understand how girls think. Somehow, they are still oblivious about girls' or rather women's heart. It's like copying in exam. If one wanna copy then copy the whole thing. Don't copy halfway..It's against the ethic of copying (if there is one).
I wonder if these vain guys get an equally vain girlfriend, who will take longer time to get ready for dates? Will they end up staying at home instead coz by the time they are ready, it's midnight!!Hey that won't be to bad in a way. At least they can share tips on make ups or how to do their hair so it will display its grandest forever, or maybe they can be sisters. oOpss..that means they will be girl frens/sistas..not lovers or couple..welll..dunno lar.
Well..that's my 2 cents worth..
