.His Mercy is New everY mornInG.

Rose, sunflower, hibiscus, chrysanthemum, jasmine, etcetera, etcetera.. which one do you adore most? For me, it is chrysanthemum. Why, you may ask. This flower is simple, ordinary; often go unnoticed and terribly undervalued. But, underneath this ordinariness lies something more important and powerful.

I knew a girl who can be represented by this flower. Unnoticed, yes and I should say it happens very often. I sympathized with her. She deserves something better, something more. Apparently, her time is not up yet.

Once she told me she longed for someone to share simple things in life. She asked, in the midst of this fast paced life, how many people knows how to appreciate simple things such as moon light shining through the window or the calming breeze that caress ones face or the stillness of night? I have no answer for her because I myself overlooked these things.

One fine night, switch off all your light and let the only light that illuminate your room comes from the moon. Lie quietly on your bed with your favorite pillows and listen to the sound of the night. Pay attention to how nature sings its song. Disconnect yourselves from the heat on the world and enter the realms of Gods masterpiece.

She continued, How many times you actually lift your head to heaven to admire the diamonds that God has lovingly put there for our viewing pleasure? How often do you wake up in the morning and the first thing you feel is a strange yet fuzzy warmth feeling inside you? Its the same feeling you have when you wake up beside your loved one. Its the same feeling when you know you are loved by God.

<>Well, there are more to it but I cant really remember all of our conversation. My feeling on this conversation? Im not really sure. Am I pursuing the right thing all along? Am I placing hopes in wrong places all these while? There are so many questions yet too few answers.

<>She loved but was hurt. That was not the end. She never gives up on love because she is loved every day, every second by the Wonderful Father. I assured her, one day someone who knows how to appreciate Chrysanthemum will come along. Someone who shares her passion, dreams and hope will sweep her off her feet. Until then, Take care and Father will always loves you.

A phrase that was taken from one of Shakespeares masterpieces..

love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind and therefore is winged cupid painted blind
