Study is what I supposed to do today. But, I ended up blog browsing. Anyway, I remembered my RF said that even though we won 4 shields this year, none of our pictures is in ST or NUS newsletter. I came across this..http://www.fas.nus.edu.sg/geog/news/ragday05.html
NUS department of geography. Apparently, they have something to do with the alumni float and our float is the only picture of hall residence float there.
As I was saying, I was blog browsing. I found a few rather interesting blogs. One of them mentioned about fearing her "friend" having dengue fever.
A few weeks ago, one of my friend had high fever. I went to visit him and found him lying on the bed looking pale and half dead. He said he has been feeling hot and cold since morning and had really bad muscle and joints pain. Initially I thought he may be just having common cold. I put cold towel on his forehead. It's quite funny to see a grown up man behaved like a little boy when he refused to do what he was told to. Anyway, he complained that the towel is too cold. Poor guy, I wonder why his neighbours didnt care about him. High fever is not something to be taken lightly. Then, 2 of his friends came and decided to drive him to NUH in case he has dengue fever. We were quite certain that he was having this terrible fever. A few hours after he went to NUH, I was super worried of his condition. What if he has dengue? I can't seems to concentrate in doing my stuff. You can't imagine how relieved I was when he sent me msgs saying that he was just having viral infection and was on the way home. Thank God he was okay.
