Something got me thinking..not really deep thoughtful stuff but I guess I'll put it as an entry.
One question pop up as I sped read my previous blog entries. What is becoming of us?
Undeniably, Midway fair was the best rag team. No, not because of the 4 shield we brought back, but because of the people in the team. Hall support was...well..below average. But, we perservered and dragged our exhausted body to rag area everyday with one hope; to see our baby beautifully clothed and ready for the big day. We did and we won. So people asked, what's next?Is this great team going to continue to bring glory to the hall. Sadly, only a pathetic few of us continued. Out of 27 people (excluding dancers) who produced Midway fair, only 4 are willing (or rather left with no choice) to do rag again. What will happen to us?It feels like we are starting from scratch despite having last year rag experience.
Maybe it will be easier for me to be nonchalant and indifference.
I was happy and excited in year one
I am disillusioned and disturbed in year two
What will I be in year three and year four?
They made the right choice by leaving everything behind before the harsh reality sets in. Did they?
