I'm leaving for HK tomorrow evening. Believe it or not, the thing that I look forward most is that 3 and half hours on the plane. I like the feeling of flying. The feeling to heading somewhere new is totally exciting. Thank God for the advancement of technology. I believe Daddy makes all these possible for the advancement of His kingdom here.

I've been reading a new book by RT Kendall titled the annointing. For your information, annointing is defined as the power of Holy Spirit. It is the gift that is given by God to everyone. Whether or not it works, that's another story. Everyone as an annointing on them-whether they are believers or non believers. Even before a person is saved by our Lord, he or she has the annointing. It is referred as common grace. Annointing does not only refer to ability to preach, or a gift is worship leading or a gift in singing . Even intelligence and creativity or even the power to get wealth are one of the many annointing that God can give us. God is good isn't He? He still has mercy on us even men rejected Him time and again.
As for me, I'm still in the process of discovering the annointing God has given me. I know I have it. It is kinda exciting to wait and see what God has in store for me. All I know is His plan for me is good and it is to prosper me and not to bring me to shame. As I am discovering and learning, I believe the Spirit of my Lord will continue to reveal even more wonderful things in Jesus Christ. The journey has started.

“Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”- John 14:6

Jesus said this verse. Not the author of the book of John or one of the disciples. But Jesus is the person who said this. He will not say this if all the religions in the world eventually lead to the same path. Jesus IS the ONLY WAY! If there are so many ways, then His death on the cross was in vain. His ressurection avails to nothing. Men may even able to save themselves by doing "good deeds". There is no need of a Saviour. But, the truth is good deeds do not save men from doom. God is holy therefore He can't accept sin. Yes, He will judge and His judgement is just and righteous. But, we musn't forget that God is also merciful. Jesus said is John 3:16 that God loves the world. HE LOVES THE WORLD. This fallen world that is doom for destruction. Yet, He loves the world so much that He gave is only Son Jesus Christ so that we can have a saviour to save us from eternal damnation. So that we can have a purpose in life. So that we will know that we have a God who is not some abstract doctrine far away with some complicated abstract rules. But, we have a God who actually cares about His creation. Jesus cares about these weird 2 legged creature who have awfully great tendency to rebel. Guess what, this is called grace. Undeserved as we are, Jesus loves us. Time is running short. He is coming back again as our King. Jesus is the only way.

Matthew 11:29-30

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

It is easy to follow Him. Other religions requires men to find them among those abstract philosophy but the God of Christianity, Jesus Christ, came to find men, suffered and died for men. He rose again and seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again. Soon. It's time to make a choice.
Don't look at the religion, but look at Jesus Christ. He loves you.
